Born in Turkey in 1985, he graduated in Photography and Videography from Anadolu University and completed an additional 400-hour photography programme certified by the Ministry of National Education. He works as a freelance photographer and digital photography teacher, and his photographs have been published by BBC Turkish, National Geographic Turkey, Motoron, Motokeyf and DijitalSLR. He has also organized exhibitions and workshops with his students.

His works have been exhibited in more than 75 countries and have received awards in over 40 countries. Among his most notable achievements are recognition at the Sony World Photography Awards, a Gold Medal at the Tokyo International Foto Awards, a Silver Medal at the Paris Photography Prize and awards from PSA, FIAP, GPU, IUP, ISF and other international organizations. He has also appeared in PSA’s Who’s Who in several photographic divisions and has served as a jury member at numerous national and international competitions.

He holds many international distinctions, including EFIAP, PPSA, QPSA, GAIUP, GPU Crown 3, GPU Hermes, A.ISF, A.CPE and AMoL I, as well as several honorary fellowships and memberships. He is affiliated with FIAP, PSA, GPU, IUP, ISF and the Master of Light Photographic Association, and continues his career through photography, education, exhibitions and international photographic projects.
